The Roadmap: A two-session package for those who don’t know where to start. We’ll look at your products and goals to build a clear, realistic plan of action so you know exactly what it takes to make e-commerce work before you spend a penny on a build.
Launching: End-to-end setup (Shopify, marketplaces, and marketing) for brands ready to go live with a professional, manageable strategy.
Auditing & Scaling: A deep-dive review of your existing site, logistics, and data to find where performance is stalling and how to push to the next level.

For people who are selling their product online but are struggling to make it work. I work with you to set a plan so you have clear guidance and the tools to grow sales.
As with all my packages this is bespoke, so the roadmap will be built around your time, team size (even if it is just you) and your budget.
This starts with an e-commerce audit and following 2 X 60 minute calls you will have a clear roadmap and targets.
An initial call where we discuss your current e-commerce set up, marketing and sales goals.

A second call where we discuss and tweak your roadmap, and make sure you understand what needs to be done and when.
We look at your user journey, customer acquisition and customer retention. The plan that includes quick wins and long term goals that are realistic to the size of business and team that you have. From there I will set a realistic timelines and KPIs to get to where you need to.
For people who want to set up an e-commerce business but don’t know where to start. We look at what you need across logistics, platforms and marketing and put a plan together so it’s doable.

Call 1: Discover your products, audience, and goals

Call 2: We finish the roadmap together and walk through the plan, amend and answer all your questions.
A marketing and strategy audit and roadmap, with hands-on support and results reviews.
Week 1-2: Full audit + 2 strategy calls where we build your roadmap.
Week 3-9: I implement your top 2-3 revenue opportunities (chosen from: abandoned cart emails, welcome series, product page fixes, post-purchase flow, review system, or cart optimization).
Week 10-12: Monitoring and tweaks.
Week 13: Results review call - we look at what worked.
