This starts with an e-commerce audit and following 2 X 60 minute calls you will have a clear roadmap and targets.
An initial call where we discuss your current e-commerce set up, marketing and sales goals.

A second call where we discuss and tweak your roadmap, and make sure you understand what needs to be done and when.
We look at your user journey, customer acquisition and customer retention. The plan that includes quick wins and long term goals that are realistic to the size of business and team that you have. From there I will set a realistic timelines and KPIs to get to where you need to.

A focused two-session package designed to give small businesses and sole traders a clear starting point for building a consistent brand identity. This is designed to make sure that your content and creative reflects who you are, and it will make creating content much more efficient going forward.
After 2 × 60 minute calls you will have a brand blueprint which should be used as the starting point for all content, product development, partnerships and campaigns.
Session one — We look at your current branding, target demographic, product offering and competitors. You'll leave with clarity on your brand pillars and a short questionnaire to complete before our second session.
Session two — Between sessions I will have come up with a starting point for a brand blueprint. In session two we complete this and talk about how it is used in practice.
You'll receive a look and feel PDF to use as your foundation. For some businesses this is enough to get started. You’ll also leave with clear guidance on how it should be used and how it should be developed into a full brand guidelines package as you grow.

We work together to build a content and campaign plan for the year ahead, built around your key trading moments, brand moments and commercial goals.
This includes 2 × 60 minute sessions:
Session one - We map out your key campaigns, launches and seasonal moments. You'll leave with clarity on your priorities and a questionnaire to complete before our second session.
Session two - Between sessions I'll build the start of a roadmap for your business. In this session we complete your campaign roadmap together, setting targets and delivery guidance for each campaign.
You'll leave with a full year content and campaign plan, clear targets for each campaign and the guidance you need to deliver them.
A marketing and strategy audit and roadmap, with hands-on support and results reviews.
Week 1-2: Full audit + 2 strategy calls where we build your roadmap.
Week 3-9: I implement your top 2-3 revenue opportunities (chosen from: abandoned cart emails, welcome series, product page fixes, post-purchase flow, review system, or cart optimization).
Week 10-12: Monitoring and tweaks.
Week 13: Results review call - we look at what worked.
